摘要
用高效液相色谱法对精苯二甲酸(PTA)生产中氧化单元母液中TA含量的测定。PTA生产过程中的残渣物质有BA(苯甲酸)、4-CBA(4-羧基苯甲酸)、p-Tol(对甲基苯甲酸)、HMBA(对羟甲基苯甲酸)、MMT(对苯二甲酸单甲酯)、TA(对苯二甲酸)、IA(间苯二甲酸)、OA(邻苯二甲酸)。由于TA在不同温度下的溶解度不同,在不同pH条件下的溶解度也不同。由于副反应产物的相互间影响,为了满足工艺调整需求,提供可靠的实验数据,本文测定90℃时母液中TA的含量,测试不同pH条件对TA浓度的影响,找到最佳检测条件。
The content of TA in the mother liquor of oxidation unit in the production of PTA was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The residue substances in the PTA production process are BA, 4-CBA, p-Tol, HMBA, MMT, TA, IA, OA.Due to the different solubility of TA at different temperatures, the solubility is also different at different pH conditions. Due to the mutual influence of side reaction products, in order to meet the needs of process adjustment and provide reliable experimental data, the TA content in the mother liquor at 90°C is measured, and the influence of different pH conditions on the TA concentration is tested to find the best detection conditions.
