基于动力学联合仿真的清筛机耙齿磨损分析

摘要 针对在道砟清筛机工作时挖掘链耙齿受到较强的冲击和严重的摩擦导致挖掘链失效的问题,基于动力学联合仿真思想,运用SIMPACK和LS-DYNA对耙齿磨损进行预测,提出一种基于Archard模型与有限元仿真相结合的耙齿磨损的分析方法。对单次循环挖掘过程中单个耙齿的应力曲线进行积分得到耙齿的磨损深度,为研究和改进耙齿性能提供依据。 As to the issue that excavating chain harrow teeth are subjected to strong impact and severe friction which results in excavating chain failure,based on dynamic co-simulation idea,the abrasions of harrow teeth are forecasted using SIMPACK and LS-DYNA. An analysis method on the harrow tooth abrasion is proposed by combing the Archard model and finite element simulation. The stress curve of single tooth in single excavation cycle is integrated,then the abrasion depth of the tooth is obtained. The simulation result can provide basis for the research and improvement of the performance of the harrow teeth.
