摘要
"一带一路"战略的实施,推进了我国经济与沿线国家之间贸易往来的快速发展。文章以供需模型作为研究框架,通过具体的案例和数据研究,将我国分别作为进口国和出口国进行研究,对我国的贸易策略进行分析,进一步论证我国实施绿色物流的必要性和紧迫性。结论表明,无论是作为出口国还是进口国,为了在国际贸易中保持优势地位,我国绿色物流的实施都是势在必行的。针对中国的现有举措,提出国家应加强政府宏观引导和制定法律来支持绿色物流体系的发展;企业应加大技术创新和研发投入的力度,并积极借鉴外国先进技术;政府应加快多层次绿色物流人才的培养并加大对绿色物流的宣传力度,提高企业和民众对于绿色物流的感知度和参与度,加强环境保护的意识,从各个角度促进绿色物流的发展。
The implementation of The Belt and Road strategy promotes the rapid development of trade between China and the countries along the economy. The article takes the supply and demand model as the research framework,and through specific case studies and data analysis, studies China as an importing country and exporting country respectively. This paper analyzes China’ s trade strategy and demonstrates the necessity and urgency of implementing green logistics in China. The conclusion shows that whether it isan exporter or an importing country, in order to maintain a dominant position in international trade, the implementation of China’s green logistics is imperative. In view of the existing measures in China,the state should strengthen the government’s macro guidance and law to support the development of the green logistics system. Enterprises should increase the strength of technological innovation and R & D input, and actively learn from foreign advanced technology. The government should accelerate the cultivation of multi-level green logistics personnel and increase the publicity of green logistics. Efforts should be made to enhance the awareness and participation of enterprises and the public in green logistics, strengthen the awareness of environmental protection, and promote the development of green logistics from all angles.
