摘要
热水器在家庭生活中使用越来越普遍,而内胆作为整个热水器系统最重要的部分,一旦存在缺陷,将直接影响产品的整体寿命。为了确保热水器内胆质量,需对其缺陷成因进行分析,以及对热水器内胆的成品进行质量检测,从而进行有针对性的改进和制造。本文分析了热水器内胆的缺陷种类和形成原因,总结了适合内胆缺陷的无损检测方法,以期对热水器内胆缺陷无损检测技术的发展提供有益的参考。
The use of water heaters in family life is more and more common. As the most important part of the whole water heater system,the inner liner has direct impact on the service life of the product.In order to ensure the quality of water heater liner,it is necessary to analyze the causes of its defects,as well as to inspect the finished product of water heater liner for targeted improvement and manufacture. This article analyzes the types and causes of the defects of water heater liner,summarizes the nondestructive testing methods of liner defects,thus provides useful reference for the development of the nondestructive testing technology of heater defects.
