摘要 就业工作是职业院校的一项重要工作,就业信息管理平台是学校就业指导、管理和服务的重要手段。就业信息管理平台应用效果的关键是招聘职位的数量和质量,其核心是能根据学生的就业期望,实现职位的有效推荐,同时,构建政府、企业、学校、学生之间快速沟通的渠道,提高就业指导和服务水平,提供就业调查反馈和就业统计分析功能,为专业人才培养的优化提供支撑。本文对就业信息管理平台的功能进行分析,利用软件工程的思想和统一建模工具,使用Web技术、爬虫技术、数据库技术、大数据处理技术和推荐算法对就业信息管理平台进行了设计与实现,实践表明,该平台能有效满足个性化就业需求,提高就业管理的质量和服务水平。 Employment is an important job in vocational colleges. Employment information management platform is an important means of college employment guidance,management and service. The key to the application of the employment information management platform is the number and quality of the recruitment position. The core of the employment information management platform is to realize the effective recommendation of the position according to the students' employment expectation. At the same time,the rapid communication channel between the government,the enterprise,the school and the student will be constructed to improve the employment guidance and service level,and provide the feedback of employment survey and the feedback of employment. The function of employment statistical analysis provides support for the optimization of professional training. This paper analyzes the functions of the employment information management platform,designs and implements the platform by employing the software engineering idea and the unified modeling tool,and using Web technology,crawler technology,database technology,large data processing technology and recommendation algorithm. The practice has shown that the platform can meet the needs of personalized employment,improve the quality of employment and service level.
