摘要
现有简易捣毛机料筒随转盘做匀速转动,捣柱的上下运动会与料筒的匀速转动发生干涉,为了解决这一问题,设计的新型捣毛机采用不完全齿轮机构,将转盘的匀速转动改为间歇运动,并用气缸控制捣柱的上下移动,实现了气电结合的程序控制生产方式,从而避免了捣柱因受扭力作用而发生折断的危险,又可使捣柱和毛料充分接触清洗。文章介绍了该新型捣毛机结构组成、工作原理,以及设计难点和不完全齿轮机构的计算。
As the charging barrel of a simple ramming machine rotates with the turntable at uniform speed, the up-and-down movement of the ramming post interferes with the uniform rotation of the charging barrel. In order to solve this problem, a new type of ramming machine is designed with an incomplete gear mechanism,which changes the uniform rotation of the turntable into intermittent movement and uses the air cylinder to control the up-and-down movement of the ramming post. Because of its working mode with air-electricity-integrated program control, this ramming machine not only avoids the danger that the ramming post will break due to torsion, but makes the ramming post cleaned when it touches wool fully. This paper introduces the structure, working principle, difficulties in design and algorithm of intermittent gear mechanism.
