摘要
采用先进的3S、数据库管理、计算机等技术构建海河口等四河口遥感信息系统,实现地图上元素的水政专题、遥感、空间等信息的集成显示,对四河口地区信息的调用、浏览、查询等综合管理,动态变化情况的对比分析,以及分析成果的存储与输出等工作,准确地掌握河口地区岸线变化、项目建设进展情况,同时配合实地调查取证,为水政监察工作提供充分的执法依据,有效提高四河口水行政执法监管水平。
Using advanced technologies such as 3 S, database management and computer technology, it constructs the remote sensing information system of four estuaries such as Haihe River Estuary so as to realize the integrated display of water conservancy project information, remote sensing information and space information for one element on the map. The work of Estuary area information transfer, browse, query and other comprehensive management, comparative analysis of dynamic changes, as well as the analysis of the results of the storage and output accurately grasps the estuarine coastline changes, the project construction progress, at the same time with the field investigation and evidence collection, provides adequate law enforcement basis for water monitoring work and effectively improve the supervision level of water administrative enforcement in the four estuaries.
