摘要
建立合理的有色产业发展质量评价体系是测评和规范我国西部有色产业发展的关键。基于资源可持续发展角度,文章从有色产业要素质量、产业结构质量、产业运行质量、产业效益质量等四个方面构建了有色产业发展质量评价体系,利用主成分分析和聚类分析,进行了西部地区有色产业发展质量评价和区域差异分析。在此基础上,为推进我国西部地区有色资源产业可持续发展的提出了对策和建议。
It is the key to evaluate and standardize the development of non-ferrous metals industry in Western China to construct a reasonable quality evaluation system. From the perspective of resource sustainable development,based on the analysis of quality evaluation and regional differences in the development of non-ferrous metals industry in Western China through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the paper probes into the construction of an evaluation system for non-ferrous industry from four aspects： element quality,structure quality,operation quality and efficiency quality. Based on this,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of non-ferrous resources industry in Western China.
