摘要
以城市槽型轨道交通梁为研究对象,采用有限元方法,研究运输过程中槽型梁的力学特性。研究结果表明:槽型轨道交通梁在运输过程中不平衡支撑对跨中截面横向变形的影响较小,对跨中区域混凝土横向应力、不平衡支座端变形及抗剪性能的影响较大。运梁过程中应避免不平衡运输;否则,当运梁车行进至跨中时,跨中局部混凝土会发生开裂。本研究可为槽型轨道交通梁运输过程安全性提供技术依据。
When the groove rail beam was taken as research object,the mechanical properties of the groove beam are studied by finite element methods in the process of storage and transport.The results show that the unblalanced support of the groove rail beam has a little influence on the transverse deformation of the section of middle span,but has agreat influence on the transverse stress,the deformation of unbalanced end bearing and shear behavior in the middle span region.It should be avoided during transportation,or when the beam is traveled to the middle span and local concrete crack.The research can provide technical basis for the beam transportation safety of groove rail beam.
