摘要
目的探讨无抽搐电痉挛(MECT)治疗过程中对患者使用全程个性化护理的效果。方法选择进行MECT治疗的患者122例,按照随机数字方法分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组应用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上加用全程规范化个性化护理,对比2组干预的效果。结果干预后,2组患者的焦虑、抑郁和治疗依从性均出现改善,观察组患者改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.019、10.282、5.736、3.513、3.160、3.493、2.825、4.128、3.935、7.546、6.990、10.751,P<0.05),观察组患者满意级别优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.121,P<0.05),观察组患者的满意度高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.992,P<0.05)。结论对行MECT治疗的患者实行有针对性的全程个性化护理,可有效改善MECT治疗前、后产生的负性情绪,提升治疗依从性,提高患者对MECT治疗的满意度。
Objective The investigate the effects of whole course individualized nursing during modified electric convulsive therapy（ MECT）. Methods A total of 122 patients who were treated by in our hospital from March 2016 to March2017 were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table,these patients were divided into control group（ n =61） and observation group（ n = 61）. The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing mode,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by whole course normalized individualized nursing,then thetherapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the clinical synptoms including anxiety,depression and treatment compliance were improved in both groups,moreover,the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. In addition the satisfaction levels and satisfaction degree of patients in observation group were superior to those（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The pertinent whole course normalized individualized nursing during MECT can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients before and after MECT,improve treatment compliance and improve patient＇s satisfaction degree for MECT.
