摘要
阐述杜克宽名老中医诊治小儿肺系疾病学术理念与临证经验,以启示后学。杜老认为,小儿肺系疾病应把握"肺脏清虚娇嫩,肺气以畅达为要"的生理特征;抓住小儿"肺气易壅易损、热易蕴肺、痰关于肺"的病理特点;小儿肺系疾病治法谨记序贯原则,始终贯穿阴阳平和理念,内外合治。
To elaborate the academic thought and clinical experience of DU Kekuan in the treatment of pulmonary system diseases,enlightening the young doctors. He thought that treating the lung diseases should grasp the physiological characteristics of ＂lungs are clear and tender,lung-qi should be vibrant and smooth＂. The pathological features of the pediatric diseases are that lung-qi prone to be obstructive and vulnerable,thus heat easily accumulates in lungs,and phlegm is often associated with lungs. He put forward that sequential treatment principles,balance of yin and yang,and combination of internal treatment and external treatment should be applied to infantile pulmonary diseases.
