摘要
6S管理模式在现代企业生根发展,作为职教前沿的高职院校,应与时俱进,与企业的管理模式接轨。按照6S管理模式开展实训教学,为高职院校的实训教学管理和实施提供了新的思路,学生在实训中能更接近生产实际,更深层次地体验企业生产的本质,对培养满足企业需要的高素质人才具有重要意义。
6S management mode originates from modern enterprises. As the forefront of vocational edu cation, vocational colleges should also keep pace with the times and integrate with the management mode of enterprises. 6S management mode provides a new way of thinking for skill teaching of higher vocationa colleges. Students are closer to production practice and the essence of enterprise production in practica teaching. It is of great significance to the training of comprehensive quality talents needed by the enterpri ses.
