探析大型露天钼矿排土场设计

摘要 大型露天钼矿开采中,需排弃大量废石。排土场占地面积大,废石的运输和排放费用高。影响排土场设计的主要因素有:排土场场址、排土方式、排土场堆置高度等。排土场场址选择的原则是:排土场总容积应与总剥离量相适应;排土场宜选择在露天采场附近的沟谷、洼地;排土场宜靠近露天采场,使废石的运距最短,运费最省;排土场宜选择在矿区最小风频上风向,减少扬尘污染;排土场应保持良好状态,保证作业安全。行政区划对排土场场址选择有影响。大型露天钼矿常用的排土方式是汽车运输、推土机配合排土和汽车—胶带联合运输、排土机配合排土。低品位矿石堆置时应考虑回采时采装方便,避免形成堰塞湖。排土场和尾矿库共同堆置时,宜将尾矿库布置在排土场上游。 In large-scale open-pit molybdenum mining, large amounts of waste rock need to be discharged. The dumping site covers a large area; the costs of transportation and discharge of waste rock are high. The main factors affecting dump design are: dump site, dumping method, and stacking height.The principle of site selection is: The total volume of dumping sites should be compatible with the total stripping volume; Dumps should be selected in the valleys and depressions near the open pit; The dump site should be close to the open pit, so that the distance of transportation is the shortest and the freight is the lowest; Dumps should be kept in good condition to ensure operation safety; Administrative divisions have an impact on the selection of dump sites.Automobile transportation is a commonly used method of dumping, bulldozer coordinated, and Truck-Belt combine transported.In stacking of low-grade ore, the ease of mining and loading should be considered, to avoid the formation of a barrier lake. The tailings should be placed upstream of the dumping site when the dumping site and the tailings are stacked together.
