摘要
在石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统运行中最常见的浆液异常情况有浆液"中毒"、浆液反应闭塞和石膏脱水困难。论文从杂质离子的引入和运行参数的调整两个方面分析了浆液异常的原因,并总结我厂运行状况给出浆液异常的处理建议。
In the operation of limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization system, the most common abnormal conditions of slurry are slurry＂poisoning＂, slurry reaction block and gypsum dehydration difficulty. The paper analyzes the causes of abnormal slurry from two aspects： the introduction of impurity ions and the adjustment of operation parameters. It also summarizes the operation situation of our factory, and gives some suggestions to deal with the abnormal slurry.
