摘要
我国国土面积广阔,地形地势复杂,由于铁路交通运输速度快、安全性高、运载量大,因此作为长途运输方式,广泛应用于客运和货运中,在我国综合交通运输体系中发挥着重要作用。为了加快培养铁道交通运营管理人才,相关院校要结合社会需求,并遵循专业相关要求,转变传统教学方法,与时代接轨,培养出高技能的铁道交通运营管理人才。
China has a vast territory and a complex terrain. Because of the high speed, high safety and large capacity, railway transportation is widely used in passenger transportation and freight transportation as a long distance transportation mode, which plays an important role in the comprehensive transportation system in China. In order to speed up the training of railway traffic management personnel, the relevant colleges and universities should combine the needs of the society and follow the requirements of professional related, change the traditional teaching methods,and keep pace with the times, so as to cultivate high skilled railway operation and management talents.
