摘要
冷却装置是电力电子设备的关键装置。为解决大功率高热流密度的电力电子设备冷却的节能效果问题,对应用在某SVC设备中的热管+空调冷却方式和密闭式纯水的冷却方式进行对比测试研究,以暖通空调的能效比的概念进行类比,提出了冷却系统的冷却能效比,并通过测试得出采用闭式循环纯水冷却方式的冷却能效比大于采用热管+空调冷却方式的结论,结果表明节能率能够达到67.5%。
The cooling device is the key device of power electronic equipment. In order to solve the problem of energy-saving in the power electronic cooling equipment with high power and large heat flux,the application test in the SVC device with two kinds of cooling method,the heat pipe + air condition cooling mode and the closed-type water cooling mode,was comparied,and the concept of cooling energy efficiency ratio cooling system analogying HVAC energy efficiency ratio was proposed. The energy efficiency ratio of the closed-type water cooling mode is larger than that of the heat pipe + air condition cooling mode through the test,and the energy saving rate can reach up to 67. 5%.
