摘要
目的对比关节镜下半月板成形术和全切除术治疗盘状半月板损伤的效果。方法 48例盘状半月板损伤患者按术式均分为两组,对照组行关节镜下全切除术,治疗组行关节镜下半月板成形术,比较两组的Lysholm评分及术后并发症。结果治疗组的Lysholm评分优良率为91.7%,显著高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。治疗组的术后并发症发生率为12.5%,显著低于对照组的41.7%(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下半月板成形术治疗盘状半月板损伤的效果良好,安全性高,可显著改善患者的关节功能。
Objective To compare the effects of arthroscopic meniscus plasty and total meniscectomy for the treatment of discoidmeniscus injury. Methods 48 cases of patients with discoid meniscus injury were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with arthroscopic total meniscectomy, while the treatment group was treated with arthroscopic meniscus plasty. The Lysholm scores and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of Lysholm score of the treatment group was 91.7%, significantly higher than 66.7% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of the treatment group was 12.5%, significantly lower than 41.7% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Arthroscopic meniscus plasty has good efficacy and high safety for the treatment of discoid meniscus injury, which can significantly improve patients＇ joint function.
