摘要
随着我国经济进入新常态阶段,畜牧业生产与环境之间的矛盾日益突出。从经济学角度来看,导致畜牧业环境污染的原因主要是外部不经济性。要解决环境外部不经济性问题,关键是如何使环境成本内部化。具体应当从政府层面、农户层面和技术层面共同着手,才能从根本上解决这一问题。
With China＇s economy entering a new normal stage,the contradiction between livestock production and environment has become increasingly prominent.From an economic point of view,the main cause of environmental pollution in animal husbandry is external diseconomy.The author believes that the key to solving the external non-economic issues is how to internalize environmental costs.Specifically,we should start from the government level,the peasant household level,and the technical level in order to fundamentally solve this problem.
