摘要
目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对高龄心血管疾病伴抑郁症状患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院82例高龄心血管疾病伴抑郁症状患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组各41例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的HAMD评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的HAMD评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的降低幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的精神状态恢复时间、抗抑郁治疗时间均低于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗高龄心血管疾病伴抑郁症状患者具有良好的疗效,能有效缓解患者的抑郁症状,缩短治疗时间,值得临床应用。
Objective To flupentixol and melitracen in patients with depressive symptoms curative effect on cardiovascular disease in the elderly observation. Methods 82 cases in our hospital of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease accompanied by depression were selected as the research object.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group with 41 cases in each group.The control group pass through was treated by paroxetine.The observation group was given Flupentixol and melitracen treatment on the basis of,were Compared with two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Before treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）;after treatment,two groups of HAMD were lower than those before treatment,and the study group than in the control group（P〈0.05）;the observation group mental state recovery time,antidepressant treatment time were lower than the control group,the total efficiency was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablets for the treatment of elderly cardiovascular disease has good curative effect in patients with depressive symptoms,can effectively relieve the depressive symptoms of patients,shorten the treatment time,it is worthy of clinical application.
