摘要
目的探讨PLA2G7基因rs1051931位点单核苷酸多态性与急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血脂水平的关系。方法收集2012年12月~2016年12月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治确诊AMI的汉族患者以及与其同期相匹配的健康汉族人群各200例的血样标本,对人口统计学资料(年龄、性别)、生活方式(吸烟、饮酒)以及相关病史(既往史、合并症)等进行流行病学调查,并进行体检身高、体重,检测血脂水平,同时采用PCR-RFLP法对PLA2G7基因rs1051931SNPs进行基因分型,分析AMI患者血脂水平与rs1051931SNPs的关系。结果 rs1051931SNPs与AMI患者总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平升高有关。结论 rs1051931SNPs携带A等位基因与AMI患者TC和LDL水平升高存在正相关。
Objective To study the relationship between PLA2 G7 gene rs1051931 single nucleotide polymorphisms and blood lipid levels of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods A total of 200 blood samples of Han Chinese AMI patients who were diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from December 2012 to December 2016 were collected.Epidemiological surveys of demographic data(age,gender),lifestyle(smoking,drinking)and related medical histories(past history,comorbidities),physical examination of height and weight,and detection of blood lipid levels,using PCR-RFLP The PLA2 G7 gene rs1051931 SNPs were genotyped to analyze the relationship between serum lipid levels and rs1051931 SNPs in AMI patients. Results Rs1051931 SNPs were associated with elevated levels of total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in patients with AMI. Conclusion There is a positively correlation between rs1051931 SNPs carrying A allele and TC and LDL levels in patients with AMI.
