摘要
交通拥堵的严峻形势,已经阻碍了现代物流快递行业严格执行时间服务,严重阻碍了其发展。针对交通拥堵的现状,在传统硬时间窗物流配送车辆调度问题模型之上,严格考虑时间约束,建立数学模型,采用分解协调算法与遗传算法相混合,求解最优解:将多个客户划分为不同的客户群,在每个客户群内确定每辆快递车服务对象顺序,从而获得最具参考价值的调度方案。该方案不仅为快递服务人员节约时间成本,同时可为物流中心创造时间利益效益。
The grim situation of traffic congestion has hindered the modern logistics express industry strictly implementation oftime service,seriously hindered its development. According to the current situation of traffic congestion,in the traditional hard timewindow logistics distribution vehicle scheduling problem model,the time constraints are considered strictly,new mathematical mod-els are established,decomposition and coordination algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to solve the optimal solution:dividingcustomers into different customer base,in each customer base to determine each express car service object order,so as to obtain themost reference value of the scheduling program. The program not only saves time for courier service personnel,but also creates timebenefit for logistics center.
