摘要 针对云锡大屯锡矿硫化矿浮选尾矿中含硫化物及矿泥的特点,采用脱泥脱硫预处理-再浮选的选别工艺,进行了系统的试验研究,确定了锡石浮选的药剂制度及流程结构。在小型试验的基础对生产流程进行改造,使得细粒级锡石选矿回收率提高1.5个百分点,精矿品位提高3个百分点,提高了选矿指标并获得了明显经济效益。 The desliming and desulfuration pretreatment-flotation process is adopted according to the features of flotation tailings containing with sulfide and slurry of tinstone in Yun Tin Datun,the systematic experimental study is carried out to confirm the agent regime and flowsheet structure of tinstone flotation. The production flow was reformed on the base of small test,which made the ore dressing recovery percentage of tinstone increased by 1. 5%,the concentrate grade increased by 3%,the separation targets were improved,as well as the economic benefit.
