摘要
随着新医改的提出及移动互联网行业的兴起,针对互联网用户的医疗健康服务在不断扩展。眼科作为以影像学检查为主的临床学科,在互联网医疗的浪潮中有天然的优势。经过近十年的努力,眼科在互联网医疗的应用范围越来越广,被证实可通过互联网医疗诊断的眼科疾病越来越多。本文通过分析国内互联网医疗的现状、文献综述和政策文件,旨在为眼科在互联网医疗浪潮下的发展提供科学依据。分析表明眼科需要紧跟互联网医疗发展浪潮,建立特色的互联网诊疗体系,需要国家、医疗界、商业界以及参与互联网医疗的患者共同努力,才能使每一个互联网用户享受到高质量、高水平的眼科医疗服务。
With the new medical reform and the rise of the mobile internet industry,health services for internet users are expanding.Ophthalmology as a clinical subject that relies on imaging examination,has an advantage in the wave of the internet medical treatment.After nearly ten years of efforts,the application of ophthalmology based on the internet is already more and more extensive,and the eye diseases which have been confirmed that could be diagnosed on the internet are rising. This paper aimed to provide the scientific basis for the development of ophthalmology under the tide of internet medical treatment by analysing the current domestic situation,literature and policy. The analysis indicated that we should closely follow the development of the internet,and the establishment of the diagnosis and treatment system on the internet needs joint efforts of the nation,the medical community,the commercial community and patients,so that every Internet user can enjoy medical services of high quality and high level in ophthalmology.
