摘要
党的十九大报告提出"加快推进体育强国建设"。为了增强高校体育普修课的教学效果,特别是技能主导类的体育舞蹈、武术套路、健美操等项目,在有限的条件下增强大学生体质健康,我们在体育普修课课程教学过程中进行了相关的实验和探索,并得出了一定的结论,总结出了一定的经验。发现通过对高校体育普修课课堂进行"团队学习"和"责任到人",克服学生学习中的惰性,使学生的主动学习和被动学习得到加强,能很大地增强高校体育普修课的教学效果。
The 19 th National Congress of CPC points out the in depth development of Chinese sport dream. In order to promote the effect of college compulsory sport courses,especially for those skill guided sports such as sport dance,Wushu,aerobics and so on,And to enhance the physical fitness of college students under restricted conditions,We makes some experiment and exploration in our compulsory physical education class,draws some conclusions and calculates some experiences. It is found that by carrying out"team learning"and"responsibility to individual" in college compulsory physical education classes,students laziness could be conquered to Improve their active study and passive study abilities,which could greatly improve the teaching effect in compulsory physical education class.
