摘要
新时代下,中国高等教育将从大众化阶段进入普及化阶段,民办高校如何基于自身的特殊性,适时有效地应对高等教育普及化阶段所带来的机遇和挑战,秉承"德育为先"的教育理念,建设具有自身特色的育人文化,切实贯彻落实"立德树人"根本任务,是值得认真思考和研究的问题。基于对早稻田大学特色育人文化的解析,新时代的民办高校要提升育人意识,实现全员育人;转变育人观念,实现全方位育人;强化育人实践,实现全过程育人,从而全面推进"立德树人"根本任务。
In the new era, China＇s higher education has stepped into the stage of popularization, which brings opportunities as well as challenges for the fundamental task of moral education to uphold the education concept of ＂moral education as the first＂ and build an education culture with its own characteristics. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of moral education in Waseda University, this paper holds that in the new era, private colleges and universities should upgrade their consciousness of moral education to achieve the general education, change their concept to accomplish the all-round education, and strengthen the education practice to realize the whole process, so as to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education.
