摘要
为解决中频电源普遍存在的调试流程烦琐、输出稳定性差、波形失真大等关键技术问题,采用"模块化"的设计方法,以STC89C51RC单片机为核心,设计了一款高精度船舶旋转变压器400Hz中频电源.该系统具有电路简单、成本低廉、体积小巧、调试维修便捷、波形及频率稳定、控制精度高等特点.测试结果表明,电源频率和电压稳定,波形失真度小,在军事装备、航空航天、船舶等领域具有较高的应用前景和推广价值.
In order to solve the key technical problems of medium frequency power supply,such as complex debugging process,poor output stability and large waveform distortion,etc.A modularized design method and a MCU as the core are used to design a high precision marine rotary transformer 400 Hz intermediate frequency power supply.The system owns the characteristics of simple circuit,low cost,small size,convenient debugging and maintenance,stable waveform and frequency,and high control accuracy.The test results show that the frequency and voltage of the power supply are stable and the distortion of the waveform is small.It has a high application prospect and popularization value in the fields of military equipment,aeronautics and Astronautics,ships and so on.
