城镇化进程中农村中小学教师的身份焦虑与化解 被引量:2

摘要 农村中小学教师是农村教育的施教者和乡风文明的传承者。市场导向的城镇化挤压了农村公共空间,引发了其自我身份的集体焦虑。化解思路在于农村中小学教师社会角色本分的适时归位,即摒弃城乡二元对立的教育理念,回归农村教育的育人本真;施行农村中小学教师的无校籍管理,增强其公共资源的流动性;给予乡土课程的合法性,弱化农村中小学教师评价制度的"城本"倾向;并依法依规保障农村中小学教师的工资待遇。 Teachers in rural areas are the instructor of rural education and the successors of local civilization. The rural space has been squeezed by the market-orientated urbanization, resulting in the anxiety of teacher’s identity in rural areas. Instead of the contradiction of the education concept between city and country, the resolution is supposed to rely on the priority to education, carrying out non-membership management in schools with the increase of the communication of communal resources, legalizing the rural courses with the reduction of the tendency of country teacher assessment, and the guarantee of teachers salary with laws and regulations.
