摘要
目的:通过临床药师对骨折患儿住院期间全程药学服务,探讨开展儿科临床药学服务的方法。方法:临床药师监护患儿住院期间的主要药学治疗,与临床医师共同制订围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用方案,为患儿提供用药教育,为护理人员提供药学服务。结果:在临床药师的参与下,临床医师调整治疗方案,指导患儿用药,达到治疗个体化。结论:临床药师通过为医护人员以及患儿提供药学服务,优化治疗方案,对患儿进行用药教育,使患儿获得更加优良的医疗效果。
Objective：To explore methods of pharmaceutical care in the pediatric department by clinical pharmacists for a child patient with fracture.Methods：Clinical pharmacists monitored the main drug treatment of the child during hospitalization,and together with the clinicians the pharmacists developed prophylactic antimicrobial application scheme during perioperative period,offered medication education,as well as provided pharmaceutical care for nurses.Results：With the involvement of clinical pharmacists,clinicians timely adjusted treatment schemes,gave instructions on medication,thus achieving individualized therapy.Conclusion：Through the provision of pharmaceutical care,clinical pharmacists optimized treatment schemes,offered medication education and enabled the child patient to obtain far better therapeutic effects.
