摘要
2017年7月遵义市植物园首次发现栽植的樱花树感染樱花根癌病菌[也称冠瘿病菌Agrobacterium tumefaciens(Smith and Townsend)Conn],樱花树感病率为67%,死亡率为35%,发生较为严重。通过对樱花根癌病的发病症状和发病规律进行了介绍,分析了其入侵原因和入侵影响,并对其入侵进行了风险评估,其风险R值为2.29,得出在遵义市属于高度危险的林业有害生物。同时,结合现状提出了相应的检疫和防治措施,为下一步樱花的种植和管理、减少损失提供一定的参考。
In July 2017, Zunyi Botanical Garden for the first time found that its cherry trees were infected with Agrobacterium Sakura(also known as the crown gall pathogen Agrobacterium(Smith and Townsend) tumefaciens Conn), with cherry tree disease rate 67% and mortality rate 35%, which was more serious. The disease symptom and occurrence regularity of cherry root cancer were introduced in the paper. Causes and effects of the intrusion were analyzed, and the risk assessment of the intrusion was conducted, with the risk value of R 2.29, and so it was concluded that the cherry root cancer in Zunyi City belonged to a highly dangerous forest pest. At the same time, the corresponding quarantine and prevention measures were put forward to provide some references for the planting and management of cherry blossoms and loss reduction in the next step.
