摘要
目的:探讨前瞻性护理对ICU清醒患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年3月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的ICU清醒患者114例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组57例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组则实施前瞻性护理,比较分析2组患者焦虑及抑郁评分、睡眠质量指数评分、护理满意率。结果:经护理干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分(Self-anxiety Score,SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(Self-depression Score,SDS)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量指数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性护理有利于消除ICU清醒患者不良情绪,改善患者睡眠质量,提高护理服务满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of prospective nursing on bad mood,nursing satisfaction and sleep quality of ICU conscious patients. Methods： 114 cases of ICU conscious patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,57 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing,the observation group carried out prospective nursing,and compared the anxiety and depression score of the two groups,the sleep quality index score and the nursing satisfaction rate. Results： after nursing,the scores of self rating Anxiety Scale（ self-anxiety score,SAS）,self rating Depression Scale（ self-depression score,SDS） in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the sleep quality index score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： prospective nursing can help eliminate the bad mood of ICU conscious patients,improve sleep quality and improve the satisfaction of nursing service,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
