摘要
自"一带一路"的伟大战略构想提出以后,极速成为了社会各界热烈讨论的话题。广西作为该战略中的桥头堡、衔接门户,广西民族文化迎来了重大的历史性发展机遇。壮锦文化作为广西的民族文化,广西应抓住"一带一路"这一宝贵的战略机遇,主动传承和发展源远流长的壮锦文化。一方面需要挖掘壮锦文化的独特韵味和价值功能,弘扬壮锦文化中的优秀因子,开展对壮锦文化的学习,并对其进行吸收再创新,实现其价值的再造。另一方面,从政策、资金、技术等方面加大对壮锦文化产业的扶持与帮助,以便为广西发展增添新的经济增长点,全面提升广西的综合竞争力。同时也要注重增强文化保护意识,提升民族历史文化遗产的传承水平。
Since great strategy of the ＂Belt and Road ＂ was put forward, it has quickly become a hot topic in all lines of the society. As the bridgehead and the gateway in the strategy, Guangxi＇ s national culture has got an important historic developing opportunity. Since the Zhuang brocade culture is a national culture in Guangxi, Guangxi should seize the valuable strategic opportunity in the construction of ＂Belt and Road＂ to actively inherit and develop the ancient Zhuang brocade culture. On the one hand, it is necessary to excavate the unique charm and functional value of the Zhuang brocade culture, promote the outstanding factors of the Zhuang brocade culture and make a study of the Zhuang brocade culture so as to absorb it, re - innovate it and rebuild its value. On the other hand, it is necessary to increasingly support and help the development of the Zhuang brocade culture industry by means of policy, capital and technology in order to add a new economic growth point to the development of Guangxi and fully improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Guangx. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to attach importance to strengthening the cultural protection consciousness and enhance the inheritance level of national historical cultural heritage.
