摘要
羌族传统音乐是羌族非物质文化遗产保护的核心之一,是羌族特色公共文化资源的重要组成部分。本文依据"濒危音乐评估框架(MVEF)",以羌族"瓦尔俄足"音乐为例,对羌族传统音乐活力与濒危的影响因素进行了调查分析,调查结果反映出羌族传统音乐保护传承最薄弱的环节之一体现在羌族音乐类公共文化资源建设方面:音乐记录材料的数量不足、质量不一,其可及度低;音乐记录方法单一,缺乏科学性、创新性及跨文化传播的视角;羌族特色音乐文化资源的构建和传播还缺乏整合整个羌族音乐文化资源的凝聚力和传播平台。在田野调查和文献分析的基础上文章提出如下对策:提升羌族音乐类特殊公共文化资源建设意识;系统整合羌族各类音乐的记录材料,加强其可及性建设;改进和创新羌族传统音乐记录的理念和方法;凝聚社会各方的资源和力量完善羌族音乐类公共文化资源建设,以期为羌区公共文化服务提供物质文化的基础和保障。
As one of the core items listed under the protection of Qiang intangible cultural heritage,the Qiang people＇s traditional music is an important component of Qiang-featured public cultural resources. Based on the ＂Music Vitality and Endangerment Framework（ MVEF） ＂,the paper has conducted an investigation and analysis on the influencing factors of the Qiang traditional music＇s vitality and endangerment. Its findings reveal that the weakest aspect of the protection and inheritance of Qiang traditional music lies in the construction of public cultural resources regarding Qiang traditional music： the limited musical documentation in varying quality; its inconvenience in accessibility; the simplistic musical documentation methods lacking scientific,innovative and cross-cultural communication perspectives; besides,the construction and transmission of Qiang-featured cultural resources still lack in the transmission platform to integrate the cohesion of the entire Qiang musical resources. According to the field work and literature analysis,the paper proposes the following countermeasures： raising the awareness of constructing special public cultural resources of Qiang music; systematically integrating the documentation of all genres of Qiang music and enhancing its accessibility; improving and innovating the idea and methods of documenting Qiang traditional music; pooling the resources and the strengths of all parties to perfect the construction of the public cultural resources,with a view to providing the material basis and guarantee for the public cultural services in the Qiang region.
