摘要
文中研究了活性染料浸染过程中染色工艺的设计原则,探讨了活性染料的染料特性、染料类型、染料色系对染色工艺的影响,并给出了参考工艺曲线。指出了活性染料染色工艺设计时,应正确处理染料、盐、碱及温度与时间的关系,并考虑实际生产情况,为活性染料染色实践提供参考依据。
The design principle of reactive dyes dip-dye technics was researched, then the influence of dye-stuff trait, dye-stuff type, dye-stuff color system for dyeing technics was discussed. It point out that the relationship between dyes, salts, alkalis, temperature and time should be correctly handled when designing the dyeing process of reactive dyes, and the actual production conditions should be considered, some reference dyeing process curves were provided, which offered the reference basis for reactive dyeing technics.
