摘要
目的研究精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇护理满意度及早期泌乳的影响。方法将2015年1月至2017年12月在我院行剖宫产手术的200例产妇随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组产妇实施产科常规护理,观察组产妇实施精细化护理模式。比较两组剖宫产产妇的护理满意度、术后恢复情况及泌乳始动时间。结果观察组产妇的护理满意度为97.00%,明显高于对照组的81.00%(P<0.05);观察组产妇的首次排便时间、肛门首次排气时间、切口愈合时间和首次下床活动时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组产妇的泌乳始动时间>48 h的占比更低,泌乳始动时间<24 h的占比更高(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理模式可以有效提高剖宫产产妇的护理满意度,缩短术后恢复时间,并且可以促进产妇早期泌乳,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of refined nursing mode on nursing satisfaction and early lactationin maternal with caesarean section. Methods A total of 200 cases of maternal who received caesarean section in ourhospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observationgroup, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetrics nursing, and the observation group wastreated with refined nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction, postoperative recovery and lactation initiation time in the twogroups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.00%, which was significantlyhigher than 81.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The first defecation time, first exhaust time of the anus, healing time ofthe incision and time for the deactivation of the bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower rate of lactation initiation time〉48 h and higher rate of lactation initiation time 〈24h （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Refined nursing mode in maternal withcaesarean section can improve nursing satisfaction, shorten postoperative recovery time and promote early lactation, whichhas high clinical application value.
