摘要
目的探究结直肠癌患者围术期应用基于快速康复理念的精细化护理干预的临床效果。方法将120例结直肠癌患者随机分为常规组(常规护理)与精细组(基于快速康复理念的精细化护理),各60例。比较两组的护理效果。结果与常规组比较,精细组胃肠减压时间、首次排气时间及住院时间更短,生活质量各评分更高,并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者围术期应用基于快速康复理念的精细化护理干预可促进患者恢复,提升生活质量,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intensive nursing intervention based on rapid rehabilitationconcept during perioperative period in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with colorectal cancerwere randomly divided into routine group （n=60, routine nursing） and intensive group （n=60, intensive nursing based on rapidrehabilitation concept）. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the routine group, therewere shorter time of gastrointestinal decompression, first time of deflation and hospital stays, higher quality of life scores andlower total incidence of complications in the intensive group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of intensive nursingintervention based on the rapid rehabilitation concept during perioperative period in patients with colorectal cancer canaccelerate the recovery, improve the quality of life and reduce the complications of the patients.
