摘要
目的探讨十皮饮联合西药治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的临床效果。方法将我院收治的136例HSPN患儿按照住院顺序分为观察组和对照组,各68例。对照组患者均给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予十皮饮中药方剂煎服。比较两组患者的临床效果、蛋白尿和血尿改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的86.76%(P<0.05);治疗16周后,两组患儿24 h尿蛋白定量及尿红细胞计数明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论十皮饮联合西药可提高HSPN的临床效果,改善患儿蛋白尿和血尿情况。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Shipiyin combined wit h western medicine in the treatment ofhenoch schonlein purpura nephritis （HSPN）. Methods A total of 136 cases of children with HSPN were divided intoobservation group and control group according to the admission sequences, with 68 cases in each group. The control groupwas given routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Shipiyin based on the controlgroup. The clinical effect, proteinuria and hematuria improvement and incidence of adverse reactions were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%, which was higher than86.76% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment for 16 weeks, the 24h urinary protein quantification and urineerythrocyte count in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. ConclusionShipiyin combined with western medicine in the treatment of HSPN can improve the clinical efficacy and proteinuria andhematuria in children.
