摘要
目的观察无张力疝修补治疗成人腹股沟斜疝合并原发性鞘膜积液的效果。方法我院收治的成人腹股沟斜疝合并原发性鞘膜积液患者28例,选择椎管内麻醉下行鞘膜切除、疝囊高位结扎及无张力疝修补术,观察其治疗效果。结果所有患者手术顺利,治疗效果满意。手术时间均不超过1 h,出血量少于30 mL。患者术后次日即可下床活动,手术后恢复1周左右康复出院。有2名患者手术后出现轻度阴囊血肿,短期内已自行吸收。术后随访1年,患者疝及鞘膜积液均未复发。结论对于腹股沟斜疝合并原发性鞘膜积液,通过鞘膜切除、疝囊高位结扎及无张力疝修补治疗效果确切,这种手术方式及入路同时解决两种疾病,安全、微创,患者术后恢复快。
Objective To study the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia with primaryhydrocele for adults. Methods A total of 28 adults with inguinal hernia complicated with primary hydrocele were treatedwith sheath resection and tension-free hernia repair treatment. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results All the patientsunderwent surgery successfully, and the results were satisfactory. The operation time was not more than 1 hour and thebleeding was less than 30 mL. The patients could get out of bed the next day after surgery, and all the patients wererecovered in 1 week after surgery. There were 2 patients with mild scrotal hematoma after surgery and there were self-absorption quickly with no special treatment. After 1 year＇s follow -up, the hernia and hydrocele were not relapse.Conclusion The treatment of sheath resection, high ligation of hernial sac and tension-free hernia repairmen in inguinalhernia combined with primary hydrocele is effective. This surgical approach can simultaneously treat two diseases; it showseffect of safe, minimally invasive and recovery rapidly.
