摘要
目的观察酚妥拉明治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的119例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组(n=61)和对照组(n=58)。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予酚妥拉明治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组显效率更高,有效率更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)及每搏心输出量(CO)水平明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酚妥拉明治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床效果显著,能改善心功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phenolaramine in the treatment of coronary heart failure. MethodsA total of 119 patients with coronary heart failure were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n=61） andcontrol group （n=58）. The control group was given routine medication treatment, and the observation group was treated withphentolamine on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Comparedwith the control group, there were higher marked effective rate and lower effective rate in the observation group （P〈0.05）.After treatment, the levels of left ventricular ejection fractions （LVEF） and cardiac output （CO） in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phentolamine in the treatmentof coronary heart failure has significant difference, and it can improve the cardiac function, which has high clinical value.
