近年来全国各地大力推进污水处理厂升级改造建设,以解决水污染防治问题。在建设期内污水处理厂运营方通常对进厂污水进行减量(减排)处理,以确保出水水质达标,从而规避超越排放或水质超标的风险。以上海崇明长兴岛污水处理厂为例,介绍在污水处理厂升级改造期间,做到既不减量又确保水质达标的具体措施。所总结的解决方案可供其他污水处理厂升级改造建设时借鉴参考。
In recent years, upgrading &reconstruction of sewage treatment plants have been promoted vigorously to solve the problem of water pollution prevention & control all over the country.During the construction period, the operation side of the sewage treatment plant usually carries out the reduction(emission reduction) treatment of the sewage to ensure that the water quality reaches the standard,thus avoiding the risk of exceeding the discharge or exceeding the standard of water quality. Taking Chongming Changxing Island Sewage Treatment Plant in Shanghai as an example, the specific measures that will not reduce the water amount and ensure that the water quality meets the standards are introduced during the upgrading period of the sewage treatment plant. The solutions summarized can be used for reference for similar projects.
