摘要
针对采煤工作面顺槽采用联采机双巷掘进,两巷之间联络巷比较密集,通常采用的两道砖密闭、内填有机发泡材料或黄土的工艺劳动强度高,充填有机泡沫成本高,充填黄土封堵效果难以保证的实际情况,神东公司立项研究了矿用固化泡沫充填技术的密闭建造新工艺。文中介绍了新工艺的材料和设备研发情况,详细总结了固化泡沫充填技术在哈拉沟煤矿成功应用,为该技术在全矿区推广奠定了基础。
The continuous face shearer is used to excavate two mining roadways at the same time,and the erossheading between the mining roadways is relatively dense. Due to the high labor intensity, high cost of filling organic foam and unstable sealing effect of filling loess in the sealing of erossheadings, the mine solidified foam filling technology for sealing construction was developed by Shendong Coal Company. This paper introduced the research and development of the materials and equipment of the new process, and summarized the successful application of the solidified foam filling technology in Halagou coal mine ,which lays a foundation for the popularization of this technology in the whole mining area.
