摘要
基于渭北黄土高原丘陵沟壑区果农种植户的实地调研数据,运用Heckman模型实证分析果农保护性耕作技术采用意愿和采用程度的影响因素。研究表明,在第一阶段,果农保护性耕作技术采用意愿受果农禀赋、社会环境、政府推广等因素的影响,其中,政府向农户提供补贴和技术培训对果农采用保护性耕作技术有显著地促进作用;在第二阶段,政府补贴效果对果农保护性耕作技术的采用程度有显著地促进作用。这说明,政府补贴及补贴效果对处于干旱半干旱的地区推广应用保护性耕作意义重大。
Based on survey data of fruit growers in the hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau in Weibei,this article used the Heckman model to empirically analyze the factors that influence the adoption behavior and the adoption degree of conservation tillage techniques.The article found that in the first stage,the growers' willingness to adopt conservation tillage technology is influenced by their own endowments,social environment and government promotion.Among them,government subsidies and technical training provided to farmers play a significant role in promoting the adoption of conservation tillage. In the second stage,the effect of government subsidies plays a significant role in promoting the adoption of conservation tillage technology. This shows that government subsidies and the effect of subsidies are of great significance to the popularization and application of conservation tillage in arid and semi-arid areas.
