摘要
目的 :比较短波和超短波治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法 :将37例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分组(抽签法)为超短波和短波治疗组,所有患者均给予常规康复治疗,超短波组加用超短波治疗,短波组加用短波治疗,持续治疗2周。于治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周后分别采用美国骨科足踝协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分系统、整体印象改善评分、踝周径、治疗满意度对两组患者进行康复评定。结果 :治疗1、2周后两组患者AOFAS踝-后足评分、整体印象改善评分、踝周径、治疗满意度均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗1周后超短波组的AOFAS踝-后足评分、整体印象改善评分、治疗满意度均优于短波组(P<0.05),短波组的踝周径小于超短波组(P<0.05);治疗2周后两组患者4项评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种高频电疗均可改善患者的踝关节功能,且疗效无明显差异;虽然超短波疗法患者接受度更高,但短波疗法电磁辐射小,对于医护人员及患者的不良反应小,值得推广。
Objective： Comparison of the clinical effect of short wave and ultrashort wave in the treatment of acute ankle sprain. Methods： 37 patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into ultrashort wave group and short wave group,all patients were given routine rehabilitation treatment, ultrashort wave group plus ultrashort wave therapy, shortwave group plus short wave therapy, continuous treatment for 2 weeks. Before treatment, 1 weeks and 2 weeks after treatment, American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society（ AOFAS） ankle foot score system, integral impression improvement score, ankle circumference, treatment satisfaction were used to evaluate the rehabilitation of the two groups. Results： After 1 weeks and 2 weeks the two groups of patients were significantly better than before treatment at satisfaction, improve the overall impression score, AOFAS score, ankle circumference（P〈0.05）. Comparison between groups, after 1 weeks of treatment, integral impression improvement score of the ultrashort wave group, satisfaction score, AOFAS scores were higher than those in short wave group（P〈0.05）, short wave group was less than the ultrashort wave group at ankle circumference（P〈0.05）, there were no significant difference between the scores after 2 weeks of treatment, patients in the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Two kinds of high frequency electrotherapy can improve the ankle function of patients, and the curative effect has no difference; although ultrashort wave therapy has higher acceptance, but short wave therapy electromagnetic radiation is small, minor side effects for medical staff and patients, it is worth promoting.
