摘要
为保证高功率微波在加速管中正确的建立加速电场,加速管焊接前要对管体的腔链和输入耦合器进行调谐和匹配。本文针对正在研制的C波段6MeV驻波加速管进行了匹配调谐,其中使用活塞探针法对各个腔体进行了调谐,通过调节耦合孔大小的方式对输入耦合器进行了调匹配,并使用场分布测试系统对调谐后的电场分布进行了测量,整管得到了较好的调配结果。此外,加速管的其他高频参量均与仿真设计值一致,验证了仿真设计的正确性。
In order to ensure the high power microwave exciting the proper accelerating electric field in accelerating tube,the cavities and coupler of the tube need to be tuned and matched before brazing.This paper presents a C band 6 MeV under development has been tuned and matched.The cavities were tuned by the plunger-probe method and the input coupler was tuned by adjusting the size of the slot.After the accelerating tube been tuned and matched,the electric field distribution has been measured,which shows the accelerating tube has been tuned well.In addition,the RF parameters of the accelerating tube are consistent with the simulation,which verified the validity of the design of the accelerating tube.
