摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,为适应新形势下档案工作的需要,文章针对科研单位文书档案、科研档案、会计档案和声像档案4类档案,在实现档案数字化管理过程中可能面临的问题,提出在科研单位不论哪一种类型档案的数字化管理,都要从"头"开始的观点。只有抓好前端控制,做好数据系统的对接,在全社会达成共识的前提下才能实现科研单位档案数字化管理。
With the rapid development of information technology, in order to meet the need of archive management inthe new period, research institute may come across some problems, which include document archive, scientific researcharchive, accounting archive and audiovisual archive respectively. This paper tries to shoot these problems above fromthe very beginning when documents or files come into being. With the joint effort of front control, system integration aswell as social consensus, digitalization of archive management is bound to be realized in research institute.
