摘要
高等教育大众化、规模化发展,对毕业大学生的质量要求越来越高,加剧了大学生"就业难"问题。大学生教育教学、"双创能力"培养和就业问题已经受到了社会各界的高度关注。因此,以产品设计专业为例,从"双创"背景着手分析当前产品设计专业毕业大学生创业过程中存在的问题,以及教学过程中存在的问题,指出要坚持以"双创"能力培养为导向,促进校企联动、专业联动,构建科技创新教学机制、创新创业孵化平台,促使创业创新教育全面渗透到产品设计专业教学中,形成理论与实践相结合、学院与企业合作教学的动态体系,从根本上提高产品设计专业大学生的专业素养、创业创新能力,为促进产品设计专业大学生就业形势的良好发展创造条件。
Under the background of popularization and scale development of higher education,the quality requirements for graduating college students are getting increasingly high,which aggravates the problem of ＂employment difficulty＂for undergraduates. The education and teaching of college students and the cultivation and employment of ＂innovative and entrepreneurial ability＂have drawn great attention from all walks of life. Therefore,this article chooses the specialty of product design as an example,analyzes the existing problems in the process these majors＇ starting a business and the teaching process from the background of＂innovative and entrepreneurial ability＂,points out that we should adhere to ＂innovative and entrepreneurial ability＂,promote the interaction between school and enterprise,and that among specialties,construct science and technology innovation teaching mechanism,and innovation and entrepreneurship incubation platform in order to make innovation and entrepreneurship education fully penetrated into the product design teaching,forming a dynamic system with the combination of theory and practice,the cooperation between college and enterprise in teaching,and fundamentally improve product design majors＇ professional qualities,as well as innovative and entrepreneurial ability and create favorable conditions for the employment of product design majors.
