摘要
近年来,广东纺织产业科技进步和转型升级取得了一定成效,与此同时,长期以来专业人才供需矛盾日益突出。高素质专业人才的缺乏导致行业整体创新能力不足,企业现代化发展进程普遍比较缓慢,已经成为以民营体制为主的广东纺织产业亟待突破的瓶颈。本文对在民营体制下的广东纺织人才培养和提升路径与机制创新进行初步总结、分析和探讨。
In recent years, Guangdong textile industry has made certain achievements in scientific and technological progress and transformation and upgrading. At the same time, the contradiction between supply and demand of professionals has long been increasingly prominent. The lack of high quality professionals leads to the lack of overall innovation ability in the industry, and the development process of enterprise modernization is generally slow. It has become the bottleneck of Guangdong textile industry, which is based on private system. This paper makes a preliminary summary, analysis and discussion on the cultivation and promotion of Guangdong textile talents and the mechanism innovation under the private system.
