摘要
激光雷达非接触式测量不需要使用目标靶球,激光点直接射到测量物体表面。其测量精度不仅与测量距离有关,并且和激光束与测量点法向夹角有关。介绍了激光雷达的测量原理和影响测量精度的主要原因。设计制造高精度平面模拟件,通过正交实验测量获得不同法向夹角和距离下平面模拟件的测量点云。通过平面度大小评估激光雷达的测量精度与法向夹角和距离的变化规律,为激光雷达现场非接触式测量提供参考。
Non-contact measurement of the laser radar needs no the use of a target ball,and the laser points directly shines on the surface of the object. Its measurement accuracy is not only related to the measurement distance,but also to the normal angle between laser beam and measuring point. Its measuring principle and the main factors affecting its measurement accuracy are introduced. In experiment,this paper obtains point cloud data for the measurement of the simulator with high precision plane based on different measuring distance and different incident angles and the change law between laser radar measurement accuracy and the incident angle( and incident distance) through Flatness error. It provides the reference for the laser radar field non-contact measurement.
