基于组合近似模型的GCHE连杆结构优化设计

摘要 缸间齿轮联动液压发动机是一种新型液压发动机,曲柄连杆机构是主运动部件之一。对连杆进行优化,以使其满足工程需要。基于Isight软件中的几种近似模型方法,采用组合近似模型的方法对连杆进行结构优化,优化后体积减小26.13%。经验证满足设计要求,优化结果合理。基于组合近似模型的方法对GCHE连杆结构进行优化设计后,能更好地得到输出响应值,得到最优解。 The gear-linked cylinder hydraulic engine( GCHE) is a new kind of hydraulic engine. The crank shaft is one of the main moving parts. The link rod is optimized and the linkage is made meet the engineering requirements. The several approximation methods in lsight software are used to optimize its structure and decrease its volume 26.13%. It is proved that it meets the design requirements and the optimized results are reasonable. The method is used to get more output response value and optimization solutions.
