摘要
为弥补传统全要素生产率分析方法的缺陷,考虑能源投入和非期望的环境污染产出,结合混合径向的EBM模型和Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指数,研究了2000—2016年中国30个省份的绿色全要素生产率及其变动原因,并通过收敛性检验分析区域间的趋同现象。实证结果表明,中国省际绿色全要素生产率呈现稳步递增趋势,技术进步是其变化的主要原因。收敛性检验证明绿色全要素生产率存在区域收敛现象,市场化程度等因素对绿色全要素生产率的变化具有显著影响。
In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional methods for total factor productivity analysis,energy input and undesired environmental pollution output were considered. A mixed radial EBM model was combined with the Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index to study green total factor productivity in 30 provinces of China from 2000 to 2016 and the reasons for the changes. Through the convergence test,the convergence between regions were analyzed. Empirical evidence shows that inter-provincial green total factor productivity shows a steadily increasing trend and technological progress is the main reason for its change. The results show that there is a regional convergence phenomenon in China's green total factor productivity. The degree of marketization has a significant impact on the changes of green total factor productivity.
