EPM系统应用于石化企业为工程项目管理提供一体化信息化应用平台,使工程项目监控更加科学、直观、高效。该系统为工程项目管理在线审批提供了基础,实现了工程项目管理信息共享、项目追踪溯源,为项目管理过程的细化及流程操作追踪提供了依据。
EPM system is used in petrochemical enterprises to provide an integrated information application platform forengineering project management,so that the project monitoring is more scientific,intuitive and efficient.The system provides thebasis for the online approval of project management,and realizes the sharing of project management information and tracing thesource of project tracking.It provides the basis for the refinement of the project management process and the tracking of the processoperation.
